More About Me

Meet Linda

MY MISSION STATEMENTMy goal is to help make your real estate transaction stress free by frequent communication, full disclosure and top-notch service.

BACKGROUNDI grew up in Seattle in the Ballard area and I attended the University of Washington, Washington State University and Pacific Lutheran University. I think for awhile, that made me a professional student. My career includes working for the Association of Washington Business as the Executive Director of the Business Week program, Executive Director of the Corporations Division in the office of then Secretary of State Ralph Munro, and owning my own dot.com using electrical signatures and encryption technologies.

I eventually returned to Seattle to start my own Dot.com. The company provided Notary Public services on the Internet and produced electronic signatures. We now use electronic signatures with real estate documents. We were certainly ahead of the time! In addition to my career, I have always been involved with investment properties, and seven years ago I decided that I should broaden my scope, get my RE license, and serve others in their quest for new homes and investment properties. I did, and here I am happily at Coldwell Banker Bain.

WHY COLDWELL BANKER BAIN?Our industry has gone through a period of profound change in the area market, and in a Broker's responsibility to their clients. After evaluating the tools and support I need to provide the best client service in the industry, I have moved my business to the Coldwell Banker Bain (CBBain) office in Kent Station. Kent Station is located in the heart of the Kent Valley, is a vibrant community that bustles all year with busy shoppers and diners at the many local restaurants. (Have you been here? It's worth a visit!)

MY COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENTIn addition to my work life, I enjoy serving my community. To fulfill this goal I serve as a Commissioner for the City of Kent Arts Commission; I am a member of the Seattle Rotary Club, and I sing with the Rainier Chorale.

MY COMMITMENT TO MY CLIENTSAchieving a successful closing in a real estate transaction requires a skilled negotiator and counselor; and the recognition that having Mutual Acceptance of the purchase contract is only the first step. The details from pending to close are crucial and require consistent attention. My years of business experience in addition to the tools at CBBain, assist me in fulfilling my commitment to you, providing accurate, timely and honest Real Estate services to ensure the best possible experience for you.
