Linda is the very best. She is a very genuine person, warm, friendly, and trustworthy. She is also very knowledgeable; she helped me price my house to get the most prospective buyers in, and she helped me do just enough work to prepare it that it looked great but didn't cost me a fortune. She also staged it - not fully furnished, which costs a lot, but enough (at small cost to me) that it looked (as I heard several times from prospective buyers at the open house) "darling" And once I'd chosen the offer, she helped ensure the transaction went smoothly all the way through closing, even with one or two of the inevitable hitches. All while keeping her cool and helping me to do so too. I liked that with CBB I got a lot of marketing for my house, too. I'm very happy I chose Linda and CBB.

I like having an agent who is highly skilled, knowledgeable about this area, and who cares about her clients, not just her commission. Also I liked knowing that she has back-up from other CBB people when needed. Linda was truly the best agent I could imagine. She helped me clarify my priorities, offering opinions when asked or clearly needed, while still showing deference for my preferences and tastes. And she had more patience and determination than I could believe. It wasn't easy in this market to find exactly what I wanted, and it took looking at a lot of houses, including offers on 3 prior to the one I got. She, along with the excellent home inspector she recommended, steered me clear of some houses that would have been huge financial headaches for me - I watched an agent (another company) doing exactly the opposite while out looking at a house - but she was clearly my advocate. I trusted her completely, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
